Chia pudding has been one of our favourite meals this month, so we're sharing this absolutely delicious recipe.
Not only does it taste good, but Chia is packed full of omega-3, protein and fibre. This healthy breakfast treat will leave you feeling full and aid in de-bloating. Just leave the puddings in the fridge over night and let the Chia seeds work their magic.
This Chia pudding recipe is also dairy free, Gluten free and incredibly easy to make. Plus, It's a lot more exciting than your every day breakfast cereal, that's for sure!

Ingredients: (Serves 2)
400ml Coconut Milk
40g Organic Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp. Honey
1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
Note: Coconut milk can be replaced with any other plant based milk, add a little plain to thicken.
For Vegans: Replace honey for maple syrup or agave syrup
How to make:
1. Mix all ingredients together and pour in to an airtight container
2. Place the container in a fridge over night to set
3. Top with fresh fruit, dried coconut or berries and enjoy!
